1. Check your registration

Use the official electoral-roll service to verify your status. The electorate finalized on 10 July 2026 contains 15,801,162 registered voters.

2. Locate your polling station: three official methods

For the 23 September vote, the Interior Ministry recalled three options: send a free SMS to 2727 containing the CNIE number; use listeselectorales.ma with the CNIE number and date of birth; or use the MonBV mobile app, which also provided the polling-station geolocation and route.

3. Bring your CNIE

The electronic national identity card remains the official document required to prove the voter’s identity.

4. Use official channels only

e-services.ma does not receive CNIE details, voter numbers, proxies or administrative documents. Any data required by the administration must be submitted only through its official secure channel.

Arrangements to make voting possible on 23 September

Public administrations, institutions, enterprises and local authorities have been called on to facilitate voting by their staff while keeping services running normally. Private-sector employers have also been asked to make the necessary arrangements so employees can vote. The announcement does not establish automatic paid leave.

How are parliamentary seats allocated?

The House of Representatives has 395 seats: 305 local and 90 regional. Voters choose a complete list, with no mixing of lists or preferential voting. Seats are allocated through proportional representation under the largest-remainder rule.

The electoral quotient is the number of registered voters in the constituency divided by the number of seats available. Remaining seats are allocated by largest remainders, and winning candidates take seats in list order. If lists have equal remainders, the younger candidate is elected, taking list order into account; if ages are also equal, the candidate is chosen by drawing lots.

According to the institutional publication of 18 September, Organic Law No. 53.25 amended certain nomination provisions without changing the seat-allocation mechanism.
