Quick answer. e-CPGE is the official portal for Morocco's Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Écoles. It centralises information on institutions, studies, competitive examinations, scholarships and, while admission periods are open, the process for access to public CPGE programmes. For 2026-2027, the ministry published a specific timetable that must be checked directly because the stages change as main and waiting lists progress.

What is the e-CPGE portal used for?

The portal is not limited to one application form. It presents public and private institutions, academic information, national or international competitions, documentation and scholarship information. For an applicant, the priority is to follow the timetable and result corresponding to the current admission stage.

2026-2027 admission: check the current stage

The official 2026-2027 timetable is organised in several rounds. On 8 September 2026, the portal indicated registration for candidates selected in the second waiting-list round from 8 to 11 September. A third round was then planned, with pre-registration from 12 to 14 September and new lists from 16 September. These dates belong to the current cycle; for another academic year, use the new official timetable.

Waiting list: why regular checking matters

Not appearing on an initial list does not necessarily end the process. e-CPGE publishes pre-registration and registration stages for waiting lists, followed by selections according to merit and remaining places. Applicants should therefore monitor the portal throughout the period corresponding to their ranking and stream.

Before registration

  1. confirm the academic year and admission round;
  2. check the stream and institution shown in the result;
  3. respect the exact registration window;
  4. prepare the documents requested for that specific stage;
  5. if you are on a waiting list, follow updates until the published timetable closes.

CPGE admission and later competitions are different procedures

The portal also includes sections for the Concours National Commun, CNAEM and certain competitions in France. Admission to a CPGE programme and registration for a competitive examination after preparatory studies are therefore separate processes. Always open the section corresponding to your current level.

Official sources checked

Key point: for 2026-2027, use the live official timetable. Waiting-list and registration dates are sensitive; do not rely on a previous year's calendar.
