Services for persons with disabilities cover several different needs: administrative certificates, technical aids, schooling, inclusion in employment, orientation and support. There is no single procedure that applies to all of them; this page helps identify the appropriate official starting point.
Administrative services currently referenced
The Ministry of Solidarity references, among other services, an online request for a disability certificate/attestation through the `khadamty.social.gov.ma` platform. It also publishes information on certain schemes such as the import of adapted vehicles, technical aids and other social services. The service name therefore matters: a certificate request and an aid programme are not the same administrative process.
Local orientation and support
The ministry describes Orientation and Assistance Centres for persons with disabilities that receive, guide and support individuals, their families and associations. Depending on the service, a local assessment, appointment or support step may therefore still be required even when the request begins online.
Card for a person with a disability
An electronic platform dedicated to managing applications for the disability card was presented in the context of the decree governing that card, with a progressive rollout announced. To avoid assuming that an identical process is already open everywhere, check the Ministry or the official platform for the options available in your area at the time of application.
How should you prepare?
- identify the exact service sought: certificate, card, aid, schooling, employment or support;
- check whether the route uses Khadamty, an orientation centre or another partner organisation;
- consult the current list of supporting documents rather than relying on a generic list;
- keep application references and any documents provided during an assessment or appointment.
