Check salary declarations
MaCNSS allows an insured person to consult the details of salary declarations recorded in the system. If a period of employment is missing or seems inconsistent, note the exact month and employer before contacting CNSS. This helps distinguish a display problem from a declaration that may actually be absent.
Follow a file and benefit payment
CNSS also describes real-time follow-up of file processing and benefit payments. The status displayed in your account is therefore more useful than a generic processing time found elsewhere. If a file appears blocked, keep its number or reference and note the status shown when you contact support.
Issue a certificate
The application can generate certain certificates. CNSS indicates that certificates issued online can be authenticated through its website. Download them from your official session and avoid modified copies or third-party services that ask for your credentials.

MaCNSS and TAAWIDATY are different
MaCNSS is used mainly to consult and follow the insured person’s overall situation. TAAWIDATY is used for certain applications or supporting-document submissions. A notification in MaCNSS may therefore direct you to TAAWIDATY for a specific action.

- identify whether the issue concerns a salary declaration, file, payment or certificate;
- keep the reference and, if useful, a private screenshot of the status;
