Quick answer. Consulat.ma provides an online appointment-request system for Moroccans living abroad. The official process does not always begin by choosing a date. You normally create an account, prepare a request for one or more beneficiaries, select the required consular services and upload the documents requested. After the competent consular post reviews the request, a calendar of available slots may be offered.
What this service is for
The services displayed depend on the beneficiary’s details, including whether the person is a Moroccan resident abroad or temporarily abroad and, for some services, the person’s age. If an expected service does not appear, first check the beneficiary record rather than creating duplicate accounts or repeated requests.
How to proceed in practice
A single request can include several beneficiaries, for example members of the same family, and services can be selected for each person. One appointment may therefore cover the people listed on the same request. Create the account with an accessible email address, add or verify every beneficiary, select the services, upload the mandatory copies and send the file to the consulate or embassy competent for your place of residence.
Before starting, verify the current interface and requirements on the official portal. Keep any reference number, acknowledgement or confirmation generated by the competent body; e-services.ma is an independent guide and does not process the administrative file for you.
Important distinction
On the appointment day, bring the confirmation letter as well as the originals and copies required for the service. Uploaded files help prepare the request but do not necessarily replace original documents. The official guide also indicates that collection of a passport, CNIE and certain adoul documents may not require a new appointment; check the rule with your consular post before booking another slot.
Practical checklist
- Validate the email code and sign in to the appointment system.
- Create one request and add all beneficiaries who can be handled together.
- Upload the mandatory supporting copies and submit to the competent post.
- After review, choose the proposed slot and keep the confirmation letter.

Key point: Prepare and submit the complete request first; the appointment slot is offered after review when the procedure for the selected service requires it.
