Quick answer. Rokhas is a remote-processing platform for urban-planning and economic authorisations. Its account area states that users can request covered authorisations online, follow application status and receive alerts when the status changes. The portal also presents procedure information, fees and expected time for the journeys it supports.

Rokhas is not one single authorisation

The platform groups several families of procedures. Before creating a file, identify the exact authorisation you need. An urban-planning authorisation for a property project is different from an economic authorisation linked to operating a business. The first choice determines which information and documents the current journey requests.

What the Rokhas account can do

  • create or access a user account;
  • start an application for an available procedure;
  • track the application status;
  • receive alerts after status changes;
  • consult the procedure, fee and expected-time indications displayed by the service.

These functions do not mean that every Moroccan authorisation is available on Rokhas. If your need does not appear, check the procedure on Idarati or with the competent authority.

Prepare the application without blocking it

  1. define the project and its location precisely;
  2. choose the Rokhas authorisation family matching that need;
  3. verify the applicant details and the capacity in which the person acts;
  4. prepare only the documents requested by the current journey;
  5. check the displayed fee and expected time before validation;
  6. keep the application number and use the account to follow status changes.

Property project: Rokhas and ANCFCC have different roles

Rokhas processes authorisations available through its own workflows. ANCFCC handles land-registration and cadastral services. A project can therefore require separate procedures. For an operation involving notarial land services, consult the ANCFCC notary space where relevant.

Official sources checked

Key point: the right file starts with the right authorisation type. Do not reuse a document list from another project or municipality without checking the current Rokhas journey.
