Quick answer. Investor support in Morocco involves several public actors. The Ministry of Investment steers investment policy and the Investment Charter, Regional Investment Centres (CRI) support projects within their territories, and AMDIE is involved in investment promotion and assistance. Choosing the right first contact depends mainly on where the project is located and how mature or international it is.
What this service is for
For a project located in a specific region, the CRI is usually the most practical starting point for orientation, procedures, authorizations and coordination toward implementation. A project with a national or international dimension can also involve AMDIE or the ministry. These bodies can complement one another; they do not all perform the same function.
How to proceed in practice
The Investment Charter includes a main support scheme and specific schemes for strategic projects, very small/small/medium enterprises and international development of Moroccan companies. Eligibility is not determined by investment amount alone. It depends on the project type, territory and criteria set by the applicable texts. Prepare a short project description, sector, location, timetable, estimated investment, expected jobs and known authorization or land needs.
Before starting, verify the current interface and requirements on the official portal. Keep any reference number, acknowledgement or confirmation generated by the competent body; e-services.ma is an independent guide and does not process the administrative file for you.
Important distinction
Support or an appointment does not mean that a grant is automatically awarded. Incentives are subject to eligibility criteria, assessment and, depending on the mechanism, specific agreements or decisions. Do not build a financing plan around an assumed premium before official confirmation. For MRE and international investors, the ministry, AMDIE, CRI and digital platforms can all form part of the support route.
Practical checklist
- Start with the CRI when the project is clearly tied to one region.
- Ask which Investment Charter mechanism may actually apply.
- List permits, land issues and sector approvals already identified.
- Keep the case references and the names of the public contacts handling the project.

Key point: For a territorial project, start with the CRI, then verify the support mechanism that truly applies before including any incentive in your financial assumptions.
