Quick answer. The General Treasury of the Kingdom (TGR) online payment service allows certain public receivables collected by the TGR to be paid using the references shown on the relevant notice. Do not enter a DGI tax reference, a private invoice or a payment that does not fall within the TGR's collection scope.
What you should have before paying
The TGR terms of use state that a payment without registration may require, in particular, the notice reference, the amount and an email address. The system then displays information about the receivable and, where applicable, surcharges or charges associated with the payment.
- copy the reference directly from the official notice;
- check the amount and identity of the receivable displayed;
- confirm only if the information matches your notice;
- keep the receipt or proof of transaction.
Online payment or TGR eServices?

Payment channels are not limited to the website
The TGR publishes several payment channels, including banking and digital channels. The available option depends on the receivable and the possibilities indicated on the notice. Do not conclude that payment is impossible simply because a particular web interface is temporarily unavailable.
Transaction security
The TGR terms state that bank data are handled within the secure payment process. To reduce risk, open the portal from tgr.gov.ma, verify the receivable displayed before confirming, and never disclose a banking code received by SMS to another person.

Key point: start from your official notice. The reference and the receivable displayed must match it before you pay.
