1. Sources used for this section

Factual information relies first on the Official Bulletin / SGG, Ministry of the Interior communications relayed on Maroc.ma, the elections.ma portal, the electoral-list website, and HACA and CNDP publications within their respective remits. Media, social networks, parties and candidates are not, on their own, treated as institutional validation.

2. Clearly non-official positioning

Each page states that e-services.ma is a private, independent website. The site uses no wording suggesting that it represents the Ministry of the Interior, an electoral commission, HACA or another institution. Official online services open on their original domains.

3. Results: priority to the official portal

For official results, the competent authorities’ portal remains the primary reference. Any summary on e-services.ma is limited to data already published by an institutional source, with the source and consultation date indicated, and is never presented as an official real-time service.

4. Polls and predictions

e-services.ma does not conduct, commission, publish or comment on any electoral poll during the prohibition period provided for by Article 115 of Law No. 57.11, as amended by Law No. 55.25. This 2026 amendment notably covers online platforms, social networks, artificial-intelligence tools and other Internet-based services. No “AI prediction”, participatory estimate or exit poll will be offered as a substitute for an institutional result.

5. Neutrality regarding parties and candidates

Information about parties and candidacies is presented factually and consistently, without voting recommendations. A named or exhaustive list is described as official only when an institutional source allows it to be verified with sufficient completeness.

6. Personal data

This section collects no CNIE number, voting intention or political preference. CNDP notably classifies political opinions as sensitive data. Any procedure requiring personal data must be carried out directly on the corresponding official online service.

7. HACA: scope correctly indicated

Decision No. 50-26 concerns audiovisual communication services. It is cited here only as an institutional source on the calendar and as a reference point for good practices in pluralism, information integrity and deceptive uses of AI; it is not presented as the text legally governing this website.

8. Corrections

When institutional information changes, the relevant content is corrected or marked as outdated. Uncertain information is not presented as established fact, and the most recent official source prevails.

The 2026 electoral framework notably takes account of Organic Law No. 53.25, promulgated in January 2026, which amends and supplements Organic Law No. 27.11 relating to the House of Representatives.
