Quick answer. The ANCFCC “Cadastral plan” service allows users to order cadastral documents online for one or more registered land titles. The official form distinguishes individual and professional applicants, requests the necessary land references, lets the user select the number of copies and format, and then provides for confirmation and online payment.

Which document do you actually need?

The expression “cadastral plan” can refer to different needs. ANCFCC distinguishes, among other products, a copy of the land plan showing the property's situation, area, boundaries and consistency, a cadastral location map, area calculations and other technical elements. Before ordering, confirm the exact document requested by your notary, surveyor, bank or administration.

What the official form asks for

  • Applicant profile: individual or professional, with identity and contact information; professional identifiers may be requested for the professional profile.
  • Property: cadastre, type and number of the land title and relevant indices where applicable.
  • Order: number of copies and document format.
  • Validation: acceptance of legal notices, confirmation, telephone number and SMS verification code.

Cadastral plan or property certificate?

The cadastral plan answers a mapping and cadastral-data need. The property certificate serves another purpose: obtaining a document concerning the legal status of the title. If your objective is to consult a reference value, use the ANCFCC common price reference instead.

Order, follow and verify

The ANCFCC home page separates three actions for cadastral plans: order, follow and verify. Keep the reference generated by the order because it may be required later to return to tracking or document verification.

Before payment

  1. copy the title references from a reliable document;
  2. confirm that you are on ancfcc.gov.ma;
  3. check the number of copies and format before validation;
  4. keep the confirmation and proof of payment;
  5. if the requested document is ambiguous, confirm its exact name with the professional or authority asking for it.

Official sources checked

Key point: do not order “a plan” by default. Identify the cadastral product expected and prepare the exact land-title references first.
