The ANCFCC portal groups several services that answer different needs: obtaining a land document, following a registered title, ordering a cadastral plan, checking a document's authenticity or consulting available land-publicity information. Use this guide to choose the right service before opening the official portal.

Which ANCFCC service should you choose?

  • Property certificate: order, follow or verify a certificate relating to a registered title.
  • Cadastral plan: order or follow a cadastral document when it matches your need.
  • Mohafadati: follow formalities recorded on titles declared by the registered owner and receive alerts.
  • Land publicity: consult information made available through that service.
  • Document authenticity: verify an Agency-issued document when online verification is supported.
  • Price reference, mapping and area calculation: consult the corresponding land or cadastral information tools.

Why not use the same journey for every request?

A property certificate, a cadastral plan and a Mohafadati alert are different products. The ANCFCC portal itself presents different actions such as order, follow, verify, consult or enter information depending on the service. Before paying or submitting a request, identify the document type, the land-title number where required and the relevant land registry office.

For a registered owner

Mohafadati is intended to follow formalities on titles entered by the registered owner. Registration requires identity and contact information together with title references; validation can lead to notifications by SMS. It is a monitoring service, not a replacement for every certificate or cadastral document.

Recommended journey

  1. decide whether you need a document, monitoring, verification or consultation;
  2. prepare exact land references from reliable documents;
  3. open the corresponding ANCFCC service and review the requested fields before ordering;
  4. keep the tracking reference and payment evidence where a service is paid;
  5. if online information conflicts with a document, contact the land registry or ANCFCC assistance instead of drawing your own legal conclusion.

For specialised journeys, see the property certificate, cadastral plan, price reference and ANCFCC pages.

Official sources

Key point: identify the exact land service first; do not order a certificate, plan or monitoring service as if they were interchangeable.
